Dear Friend,
I am writing to let you know how much I appreciated your great job on my son Bradley's truck. You completed the work when you promised and did the little extras that made me feel safe for our trip back to Minnesota. Your mechanics are the best!
It was a pleasure doing business with you. Hopefully the fine work you did will stand up to whatever Minnesota has to offer. Next time I come to Henderson you can bet I will stop in. Thank your very much for a job well done!
Sincerely,
Michael R. Mackin

Dear Larry,
Just a note of thanks and gratitude for helping me and my family including the dog & birds, when our Jeep was in need of repair. Our funds were low and anybody else would have ripped us off, but you were kind and honest. It is nice to know that there are honest people still left. We made it to Georgia and the jeep still runs great. Thanks again for everything.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God- Matthew 5:8
In gratitude,
Michelle Christa & family

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
This letter has been prepared following my experience with Expert Transmission and was not solicited or even encouraged by its management or employees. I am just an ordinary taxpayer and citizen, who as a resident of Las Vegas has been more than a little disheartened and discouraged by the recent Federal indictments against our elected officials for corruption. Based upon other experiences I have become very negative in my opinion of Las Vegas business ethics.
On December 4, 2003, while driving my vehicle on errands I noticed a small puddle of reddish colored liquid under my car as I was backing out of a parking space. Realizing the color indicated automatic transmission fluid, I immediately drove to my home. By then my automatic transmission fluid was barely visible on the dip stick and what remained was pouring onto my garage floor. Considering that my car had 74,000 miles plus I felt that sinking feeling realizing a major repair bill was on the horizon.
I contacted a trusted local business person for a recommendation and was directed to "Larry" at Expert Transmission, located I might add about 30 miles from my home. I telephoned Larry, explained my dilemma and was assured if I could get my vehicle to his shop that evening he and his specialists would check it out the following morning and call me with a repair estimate.
After rush hour traffic subsided my wife and I set out to take my car to Expert Transmission, I regularly stopped to add transmission fluid until by the time I arrived I had added 3 quarts and more would have been needed had I driven farther! I left my keys in Larry's night drop and went home-expecting the worst. The following morning about 10:30 AM Larry called me to advise that transmission was repaired and the car was ready to be picked up.
I then braced for the repair cost-and was shocked to be told it was a mere $75.00 total! As most working folks I thought all evening that a rebuilt transmission bill of $1,500.00 was probably going to be "Larry's estimate". And frankly if he had chosen to do so, I would have had no alternative but to agree.
Nearly a week has passed since my experience, my car runs just fine. The transmission sifts correctly and I am telling anyone who will listen that I have found an honest man in Las Vegas, amazing! I am hoping Larry will post this letter in a conspicuous place so that strangers like myself will learn he is an honest man of good character. Obviously I recommend this business to anyone having need of transmission service or repair.
Sincerely,
George H. Lewis
